We are collecting feedbacks from Kentuckians ages 18-28 with foster care experience to better understand how House Bill 497 may affect tuition waivers, financial aid structure, and educational stability. The purpose of this survey is to gather real-world perspective on how policy changes may impact access to higher, program completion, and financially stability. All responses are anonymous and will be used to help ensure lived experiences are considered in policy conversations.
